Special Weather Policy Conditions

As a Marriage Celebrant I have a duty of Care to you and your Guests at the Ceremony.

Our Policy as of: 14/02/2015 for either Inclement Weather or especially for Hot Weather Conditions are as follows so
we are in keeping with the Safe Work SA Recommendations and will be implementing the following policies:


Inclement Weather Policy

If on the day of your wedding the weather is inclement then I will contact the venue on the morning of your wedding and see what they have in place regarding your ceremony.
​If the Venue site has no wedding co-ordinator like in the case of a public park or beach then I will make a decision either on the morning of your wedding pr close to your ceremony time as to how to proceed and will contact the Groom for a final decision.

Hot Weather Policy

If the forecast temperature is expected to reach 37 degrees centigrade or above then an alternate indoor venue 
will be required.
No out door ceremonies will be performed in hot weather 36c and above 
and there will be No exceptions!

Please make sure the Venue where your Ceremony is held knows about the Weather Policy and that a decision can be made with the Venue to have an alternate indoor Ceremony on the day of your wedding no later than one day before your Wedding.
